Real Estate Professionals of the South Inc. is a two-agent, locally-owned brokerage on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We’ve been working this market since 2003, and every closing we’ve ever done has been within a couple of hours of where we live. That’s not a marketing line; it’s the operating model. When you call, you get one of us, not a call center. When you list, the person who answers your questions is the person actually selling your house.

How we work

We built Real Estate Professionals of the South Inc. to be the opposite of a churn-and-burn agency. There are no franchise quotas, no out-of-state sales coaches telling us how to talk to Coast people, and no junior agent you’ve never met passing your file around. You hire a name, you work with that name. Buyers get an agent who actually drives the streets they’re searching. Sellers get pricing built on what a Biloxi roof, a Long Beach flood zone, or a Pass Christian Scenic Drive lot really commands — not what an algorithm guesses from satellite data.

If the deal doesn’t make sense for you, we’ll tell you. If a house is overpriced, we’ll say so. If you’re better off waiting six months to sell, we’ll explain why. That kind of advice doesn’t always close a deal this week, but it’s the reason a lot of our clients are repeat clients, and the reason their kids and neighbors call us next.

Dean is the broker of record and founder of Real Estate Professionals of the South Inc. He’s been a licensed Mississippi broker since 2003 and is a lifelong Gulf Coast native — born here, raised here, and still here. He works the full breadth of the Coast market, from primary-residence buyers in Biloxi and Gulfport to investors looking at coastal land, commercial properties, and small businesses for sale.

Ashleigh joined Real Estate Professionals of the South Inc. as a licensed REALTOR® in 2015 and has been a lifelong Gulf Coast native her entire life. She works closely with buyers and sellers across the Coast, with particular focus on first-time homebuyers, Veterans using VA loans, and luxury/waterfront clients who want a relationship-driven experience rather than a transactional one.

  • The person you talk to is the person doing the work. No handoff to a transaction coordinator who doesn’t know your name.
  • We pick what we take on. We don’t have a roster of agents who need leads — so we’re not pushing you toward a house that isn’t right.
  • Local accountability is real. If we mishandled a transaction, you’d see us at the grocery store on Saturday. That’s a different kind of skin in the game than a national brand provides.
  • Our overhead is low. No franchise fees, no out-of-state royalty splits, no million-dollar billboards. That keeps our commission flexibility wider and our recommendations honest.
