• Follow Up Boss — our customer relationship management (CRM) system. When you submit a form on our site or through our Facebook page, your contact details are stored in Follow Up Boss so Dean and our team can follow up with you.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — if you submit a Facebook lead form on our Page, Meta delivers that submission to us and we store it in Follow Up Boss.
• Google — standard website analytics (pages viewed, source of traffic) so we understand how visitors find and use our site.
• Our email service — used to send the guide and follow-up emails you’ve requested.
• Kinsta — our website hosting provider.

These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only to perform services on our behalf.

Mississippi real estate law

Mississippi law requires real estate licensees to disclose their agency relationship in writing before providing advice on a specific property. SMS Terms & Conditions

The following SMS Terms & Conditions are provided pursuant to mobile carrier requirements for any SMS-capable program operated by Real Estate Professionals of the South Inc.

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at repsdean@gmail.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
